People who don’t have a mental illness will never understand what we go through . They don’t understand it can be so exhausting and draining just to get through the day .

It’s hard for them to understand for several reasons. It’s like someone that has cancer vs someone that doesn’t have cancer. It’s that extreme of a difference. That’s why, for the purpose of my blog is to attend to the ones that are differing from this awful illness. But also the love one and friends that have to deal with the ill ones. Therefore, it’s through education, not the text book stuff. What you think we want to hear. It’s teaching of how they can us and help them so all parties could have better days dealing with one another. Thank you so much for your comment.
