7days detox. Update with the detox: keep in mind I eat a very strict healthy diet, I do bootcamp 6 days a week. I train twice a week with a trainer and now doing the running club 2 days a week. Results may vary.. what I did experience was less bloating. I was able to have better BM #2 if you have that issue. I would highly recommend it. There’s a lot health benefit from all the ingredients. Can’t go wrong if you do it. I would recommend to strain it if you can’t chug down everything. It makes a big difference. I think I’m going to do it again. The pics are real close up…. but with everything that I have been doing. I have made some wonderful progress. Which I will share in another month. But yes yuckkkyyy detox highly recommended. My husband is going to do it.
